The history of the medical school has been made by thousands of people, from the porters and cleaners who make our facilities fit to work in, to the senior academics, Professors and Deans who have guided the school.

Our students have gone on to do just about everything a doctor can do! From running much-loved local GP surgeries serving generations of the same family to providing medical support for the armed forces in battle zones; from researching complex brain diseases to treating isolated communities in the poorest countries of the world.

These pages capture some of these stories and are designed to show the full range of work that ex-students have done after graduating from our medical school. We are proud of them all and hope that ourĀ memories page will help us gather together even more stories.
