Action on Pay Equality

Pay Equality Working Group

a Task and Finish Group Chaired by the Assistant Director of HR, Richard Boggie, has been established to review pay equality and pay gaps at different grades and across different protected characteristics. 

The Group will publish a report in early March 2018 outlining the work that has been carried out so far to address the Gender Pay Gap.

As this is a detailed project with long term actions, a web page has been set up on the HR website to provide staff with an overview of activities.
