A new student accommodation block at Castle Leazes catered accommodation will provide an additional 98 study bedrooms over seven floors. Two self-catered flats per floor, with en suite facilities and shared living spaces, will house seven students each, as well as offering the potential to accommodate up to 14 students with varying disabilities. The new block will be built in keeping with the architectural design of the existing buildings at Castle Leazes.
