Rent Payments

Beat the queues by making a secure payment online or pay in person at the Cashiers Office, Level 2, King's Gate.

Late Payments or Problems Paying Rent

Please note you will receive your student loan in three instalments. You must pay your accommodation charges by the due date. Please be aware that if your student loan is late or does not arrive, the University cannot accept this as a valid reason for late payment.

You will be charged an administration fee (£25) if your payment is late. You will be referred to a debt collecting agency if payment is not received. You must let us know immediately if you are facing problems paying rent. You can also obtain financial advice from the Student Wellbeing Service.

Any rent questions should be directed to the Accommodation Service. If your tenancy starts during the academic year, you may wish to check which payment options are available to you.
