We start marketing properties on our web site in late January for the forthcoming academic year, with the periods up until April being very busy for house hunting but we do advertise properties all year round. Over the summer our postgraduate intake results in an increase in student accommodation applications from single students. We also receive some requests for private sector accommodation from student families and couples.
We offer this service all year round but it's especially popular during the summer months prior to the beginning of a new academic year when new students look on their own for rooms.

Our Private Sector Property Search uses a database, existing landlords use should their landlord and property reference at all times when contacting us.
Email addresses are essential to communicate, as we wish to easily contact all our landlords. If you have not personally got an email, please seek permission to provide us with one for a family member/friend via which we would contact you.
Landlords are not reminded when their gas and electrical certificates expire. Please submit them automatically to us as you carry these inspections out so that your property can continue to be advertised. If we have not received them and your certificates have expired, the advert will automatically drop off the website.
Adverts will run for 4 weeks the onus is on the landlord to phone/email us, quoting your new landlord and property registration number, with the request to re-advertise, if we do not hear from you after 4 weeks your advert will automatically lapse.
