NUstudenthomes are pleased to announce the addition of Barker House to our portfolio of properties. Situated in Shieldfield, a short walk from the University campus and city centre, Barker House is a new purpose-built development of en suite apartments exclusively for Newcastle University students. You can rent a full flat with your friends or apply as an individual for a room in a shared flat.

All bedrooms offer en suite and each apartment has a contemporary open plan kitchen/living space with flat screen TV, leather sofas, washer/dryer, large fridge and separate large freezer.
Please note that there is no parking facility for residents of Barker House. There is however a limited number of "Pay & Display" parking for visitors within close proximity of Barker House.
