Water Rates and Insurance - both are included in your rent - up to £4000 cover on the insurance! If properties are water metered bills are the tenants responsibility
No charges or agency fees - there is no property finding fee or other connected charges and you do not have to supply a guarantor (such as a parent) for your rent
Deposits and property inventories - we take a damage deposit of £200 per person when you sign up for a property. Provided all rent is paid and the property is in a satisfactory condition at the end of your tenancy, you will be refunded this money. To help this we complete a detailed inventory of the property.
Quick and effective repairs system - all repairs are reported to the Accommodation Service. We have access to a number of specialist contractors including an emergency contractor and someone to respond to smaller maintenance requests.
Guidance and support during your tenancy - we carry out three termly inspections of the property, not only to check the condition of the house or flat, but also to ensure that we are meeting your welfare needs as a tenant. We are also on hand to call out at any time to inspect repairs, offer assistance where necessary, or help resolve any tenancy disputes that may have developed during your stay at the property.
