NUstudenthomes, the Accommodation Service, Private Sector Housing Team, has the following properties that are available exclusively for UK and EU postgraduate students. For further details of these properties and to help you make your selection when applying, click on the link for each property.
Barker House is a new development which opened September 2012 and comes under the management of NUstudenthomes (NUSH) University Property Management Team.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL POSTGRADUATE PROPERTIES HAVE NOW BEEN LET FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2013/2014.
NEW PROPERTIES WILL BE ADVERTISED FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2014/2015 IN FEBRUARY 2014.
