NUstudenthomes Property Management Repairs

Students living in NUstudenthomes Property Management Service properties should report repairs using the Enquiry Forms below. Please provide us with as much information as possible in relation to your repair. Remember to add your mobile number in case we need to contact you.

The form is set up to pre-fill some data if you access it while logged in with your University network ID on campus.

Registered students logged onto a pc with your University network ID go to https://my.ncl.ac.uk/students/enquiries/ and fill in the form.

Registered students logged onto a non-University pc (or off campus) go to https://my.ncl.ac.uk/students/enquiries/

  • You will see the message " If you are a student, please log on"
  • Select "log on" and enter your University network ID
  • Fill in the form

If you are using Internet Explorer you may be prompted to enter your University network ID before reaching the page.
