Our property search is designed to help students find accommodation in the private sector.
We advertise flats and houses that you can let directly from the owner or agent, as well as properties that you can lease through the University's NUstudenthomes Property Management Service.
We provide details on a wide range of student properties, advertising most types of accommodation from one bedroom flats up to eight or nine bedroom houses, all over the city. The property search provides full property particulars along with landlord contact details - arranging viewings couldn't be simpler!
The University starts advertising properties from January for tenancies
which start in July–September of that year, however we do advertise properties
all year round.
