We have single and double bedrooms, and one flat available in Windsor Place. This self catered accommodation is located close to the University library. The minimum stay here is for 14 nights.

We have a cleaning service for communal areas of Windsor Terrace, and bedrooms are cleaned weekly (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays).
There is limited parking available at 12 Windsor Terrace.

Windsor Place is a building with three floors. There are four single bedrooms, nine double bedrooms (suitable for couples) and one self-contained flat (also suitable for couples).
Each floor has a bath or shower room, some have separate toilet.
Tea and coffee making facilities are provided in the bedrooms, which also includes a wardrobe, drawers, bedside table, desk, chair, easy chair and bed.
Kitchen and bathroom facilities are shared by all guests.
This accommodation is self-catered.
Kitchens have a dining table and chairs, a television, cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. We also supply crockery, cutlery and kitchen equipment.
Windsor Place is ideally located close to the University's library. It's just a short walk from campus and the city centre.

Jesmond and Haymarket Metro stations are both a short walk away.
There are Metro trains every five minutes during the day to and from both these stations to Newcastle city centre.
Windsor Terrace is within five minutes’ walk of the city centre where there are buses, Metros and trains to all locations.

Calls to this number will cost 10 pence a minute from a landline and considerably more from a mobile.
From Newcastle Central Station you can take the Metro directly to Haymarket (three stops) or Jesmond stations (four stops).
Taxis are also available from the Central Station.
Newcastle International Airport is only about seven miles northwest of Newcastle University.
A taxi from the Airport will take about 15 minutes, costing approximately £15.
You can also travel by Metro to Jesmond or Haymarket stations which will take approximately 20–25 minutes.

Late and weekend arrivals
If you expect to arrive after 18.00 or over the weekend, you'll need to contact the Estate Security Service. Give them a call on 0191 208 6817.
They'll arrange to meet you at reception at 16 Windsor Terrace and will give you your key. You'll be asked to show a copy of your booking information.
