Castle Leazes stands on a seven acre site overlooking Leazes Moor and Leazes Park. A 15 minute walk from the City Centre and 10 minutes from the Campus, the Medical and Dental Schools are only five minutes away. Staff flats are situated amongst our student accommodation.
Kitchens are equipped with a cooker, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. Crockery, cutlery and kitchen equipment are provided.
The study room consists of a desk and desk chair, two easy chairs, bookshelf, coffee table and desk lamp.
The bedroom includes a wardrobe, drawers, bedside cabinet, desk lamp and single or double bed.
The flats are suitable for single staff and couples.
Castle Leazes is a catered site, providing breakfast and evening meals during term time. Whilst the flats are offered on a self catered basis, residents can take advantage of the catering service by purchasing meals in Eustacy Percy Hall cafeteria.
Castle Leazes site provides accommodation for 1200 undergraduate students.
