This Grade I listed Georgian Terrace property, has accommodation over four floors and is situated in a central location in a quiet area of the city overlooking Leazes Park and next to Newcastle United football stadium.
Kitchens have a dining table and chairs, cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. Crockery, cutlery and kitchen equipment are provided.
The lounge consists of a sofa, easy chair, coffee table, desk with lamp and chair.
The bedroom includes wardrobe, drawers, bedside table and single bed.
The accommodation is not suitable for couples.
