Central Link is located adjacent to the Business School and opposite Newcastle United Football Stadium. You are only a short walking distance from the main campus and the buzz of the city centre and all its amenities.
This stylish accommodation is arranged in flats of five and six bedrooms. There are two room sizes to choose from – a standard single and a spacious premium – both with larger bed (3/4 size) and en suite facilities, and all with free broadband. The contemporary kitchens include oven, hob, microwave and fridge/freezer as well as toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board. There is a flat-screen TV in each lounge with free Sky (students need to purchase a TV licence).
For socialising, there’s a great common room with a flat-screen TV and games console as well as a pool table; there’s a laundrette on site too. The management team is available 24/7 to ensure high standards of security and maintenance.
Please note that if you are offered accommodation at Central Link, as a UK student you will be required to pay the first rent instalment prior to your arrival at University. As an EU or International student the first instalment is due prior to your arrival, with the remaining instalments due in October and November.
