Offering an excellent range of facilities for both single students and couples, Leazes Terrace is a popular site which is located opposite Newcastle United Football Stadium and a short walk from the campus and city centre. Residents share kitchen and dining areas, with the exception of the double studios which have their own private kitchen.

Lounges are equipped with TVs, Freeview TV, DVD players and satellite TV. There is also a cluster of 12 PCs, linked to the Internet via the University’s Information Systems and Services.  

Students should be aware that Leazes Terrace has a large number of stairs, which could prove difficult for students with mobility problems.

A manager has day to day responsibility for the running of the site but the warden and support team provide pastoral support.
