North Terrace is well located on the University campus and close to the city centre. It offers washbasin rooms and a cheaper en suite alternative that reflects the age of the building, to a smaller group of students where two-to-five-bedrooms will share a kitchen/dining area. All bedrooms are equipped with a mini-cool fridge as standard. Residents use the laundry facilities at nearby Richardson Road.
A site manager is responsible for the services and facilities as well as welfare and discipline. We take the safety of our students very seriously and Estates Security Officers patrol our accommodation to ensure your peace of mind.
