Richardson Road is our largest self-catered site offering accommodation to both undergraduates and postgraduates in separate blocks.

The flats are located close to the majority of the academic schools and only a 10-minute walk from the city centre and shops. Richardson Road also benefits from having the University Sports Centre and EAT@THEFORUM catering outlet, which offers breakfast, hot lunches and a selection of snacks and drinks, directly next to the accommodation.

The majority of flats have six bedrooms sharing a communal lounge/kitchen and shower/toilet, although there are some three-bedroom units. Self-contained flats for undergraduate and postgraduate couples are also available.

As the site accommodates a large number of students, it can be buzzing with activity, making it a lively base.

A site manager is responsible for the services and facilities as well as welfare and discipline. We take the safety of our students very seriously and Estates Security Officers patrol our accommodation to ensure your peace of mind.
