Victoria Hall is a purpose-built, modern complex within an eight minute walk of the University campus and thriving city centre, close to stylish shops, coffee bars, restaurants and a great nightlife.
There are two room sizes to choose from – a standard single, and a spacious deluxe with a larger bed (queen size) – both with en suite. A fully equipped communal kitchen is provided, including cooker, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle and cutlery, in addition to a comfortable lounge and dining area. Each flat comes complete with satellite TV (students need to purchase a TV licence) and direct-dial telephone with broadband Internet access available in every bedroom. A team of caretakers is present 24 hours a day, seven days a week, throughout the year.
Please note, if you are offered accommodation at Victoria Hall, as a UK student you will be required to pay the first term’s rent upon acceptance and as an EU or International student you will be required to pay the full year’s rent upon acceptance.
Bedding is not included as part of the contract and you must purchase these separately and are sold at Victoria Hall.
