New Students' Guarantee

Our accommodation guarantee ensures that you receive an offer of University-owned or Managed Partnership accommodation for your first year.

We will take into account the type of accommodation you prefer and the factors that are most important to you, but in order to house students under the guarantee scheme we may have to disregard your preferences.

Please Note - It is not always possible to guarantee your choice as some rooms and sites are oversubscribed.
