The nu-food, Food & Consumer Research Facility is now completed and the £700,000 refurbishment will provide excellent new and improved facilities for teaching and research within the well established key areas of Food, Nutrition and Food Marketing.

Our new facilities play host to a wide research activities that are undertaken by both staff and students.
