Background

I have a Master's Degree in Human Nutrition & Dietetics and Environmental Protection at Warsaw University of Life Sciences, Poland. I'm close to finish my PhD at the Faculty of Human Nutrition and Consumer Sciences at the same University. My PhD covers the field of compositional differences between plant foods produced according to organic and conventional agricultural practices, as well as the health effects of organic and contentionally produced foods (based on the results of an animal dietary intervention study).

I am currently working as a research assisstant in the project 'Collection and meta-analysis of data on composition of organic and conventional foods' (Madoc)
