Introduction

My main interest is in business outreach and primarily this is achieved by Technology Transfer using KTP projects with companies in the Food and Drink sector. I also supervise industry placements for Agribusiness Management and Summer Placements for Agriculture students as well as assisting with Food and Human Nutrition Industry placements, their main theme is around innovation within new product development projects. I am a member of the expert panel supporting members of Taste North East the portal for the regional food group in North East England.
