I work in the Food and Consumer Research Facility NU-Food assisting with the running and operation of the different kitchen and sensory facilities.
I also run food intervention trials such as the Danone funded ‘Provide’ study which is conducting research into the effects of a nutritional supplementation on physical performance in older people.
