At Newcastle we provide excellent support services for our students. Our Student Advice Centre , Student Counselling Service and other central services are always available for you to turn to if you are looking for information, advice and help.
At postgraduate level we offer tailored support for our students. The Graduate School for the Faculty of Science, Agriculture and Engineering (SAGE) can answer queries on admissions, registration, examinations, scholarships or any other concerns you may have. As a postgraduate student, you will also benefit from a personal supervisor or tutor within your academic School.
The University runs a Personal Tutor System to give you help and advice. Your tutor is normally someone involved in the teaching of your degree programme. They can provide help and guidance for any problems that you may have, and can refer you on to the relevant support.
