Once we have received your application into the School and you have been made an offer, you will be invited to attend a Post Application Open Day. Open Days are held in February and March and are a great opportunity to meet staff, current students and view the campus. Open Days are degree specific and you will learn everything there is to know about the course you want to study.
If you are planning on attending an open day this year it is important that you book online following the link below so we can cater for the correct number of visitors; parents or friends are very welcome to accompany you.
Please follow the links to gather as much information as possible before attending an open day. If you would like any maps / information posted out to you or you have any queries at all please contact us.
If you are unable to make it on the days listed it is possible to arrange an alternative visit where you and your family can have a 'one to one' meeting with the degree programme director and be given a campus tour by one of our student ambassadors. Please contact us if you would like to arrange a visit.
If you are not familiar with Newcastle or the North East the 'Visit North East England' website gives an insight into the Region with video clips and other information.
In addition, university-wide visit days are held in June and October. These visit days are generally for students who have not yet applied and want to have a look round the whole university. Everybody is welcome and students often bring friends and parents so they can get a real feel for the University.
If you can't get to Newcastle, why not have a look at our Virtual Tours of the city and campus.
