Introduction

Jane is a fundraiser with over 18 years’ experience in the third sector and higher education across all fundraising disciplines, in particular relationship building and strategic development. She heads up DARO with strategic responsibility for alumni communications, events and fundraising at national and international level.

Jane joined Newcastle University from the charity Crimestoppers with whom she worked for ten years, latterly as Director of Fundraising and Communications, leading a team in Communications, PR and Fundraising. Jane is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
