APL PhD informs Commission for Rural Communities report
A Commission for Rural Communities report on the social isolation of older people in the countryside, informed by a paper by Dr Elizabeth Brooks, a Research Associate in the School, was published on September 9th 2012. Liz’s paper, was based on research for her 2009 PhD supervised by Rose Gilroy and Jane Midgley.
