A research study to establish a baseline of evidence on the way in which landscape is presently being articulated and how well the objectives reflected in the European Landscape Convention are being delivered through the policies, mechanisms and actions of organisations. The study will also explore how the objectives of the European Landscape Convention could be further implemented through the existing regulations and processes of Strategic Environmental Assessment and Environmental Impact Assessment.
