Nikon Wide Field (Invert)The Nikon wide field mocroscope is a fluorescence microscope based around an inverted Nikon TE2000U body with hardware-enabled focus. The system incorporates a Nikon DS-QiMc monochrome CCD camera.
The system is run through Nikon’s versatile Elements software package and is capable of collecting volume data for offline deconvolution (if required).
Objectives:100x (oil, 1.4), 60x (oil, 1.4), 40x (oil, 1.3), 40x (air, 0.6), 20x (air, 0.75), 10x (air, 0.3).
Imaging modes: x,y (2D), volume x,y,z (3D), time lapse x,y,z,t (4D)
Available Filters: DAPI, FITC, TRITC
