Undergraduate Final Year Projects

These are examples of the projects offered to students for the coming year. Each project counts 30 of the 120 credits in the final year.

Biology Research projects

You undertake an original investigation that can involve experimental or observational work in the field or laboratory. The investigation is reported in the form of an article in a scientific journal.

Biological Literature Review Project

You perform scholarly research of published material to produce an original, critical analysis of a biological topic.

Biological Information Project

You produce an in-depth and up to date review of a biological topic, and then produce material on that topic that is targeted to a specific audience such as high school students or visitors to a museum.
