Congratulations to Team Newcastle who won a gold medal in the IGEM competition (International Genetically Engineered Machines). 

Three of our final year students Arunkumar Krishnakumar (Human Genetics), Mathew Robinson (Biomedical Sciences) and Jessica Tarn (Biomedical Sciences MSci) were part of Team Newcastle.
