I choose Newcastle University because I wanted to become a research associate in the future. My two years in Newcastle University was great. My course was Bachelor in Biomedical Sciences (Hons) and I have gained very valuable knowledge and practical skills. During my period of studies, I really enjoyed the lessons taught, it was all new and interesting to me. The lecturers were very enthusiastic in the teachings and they really care for their students. Moreover, I was also given an opportunity to participate in a mini research project in the research laboratory during the summer as well as in my final year of studies. Even though it was challenging, lecturers were very supportive and very helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my time in the research lab. Being in Newcastle University is really great as the university have provide me an opportunity to experience working in the research laboratory and has provided me excellent knowledge to prepare me for the future.
