Transfer to Medicine or Dentistry
We offer first year students on our BSc programmes the option of applying to transfer to Medicine. There is also the option of applying for transfer to Dentistry.
Both schemes are competitive and open to either home or international students on any of the undergraduate programmes in the School of Biomedical Sciences.
Students will be selected on the basis of academic performance in the first year of study, a personal statement and, if shortlisted, an interview.
Please note that applicants for transfer to both Medicine and Dentistry must have a UK Clinical Aptitude Test (UKCAT) score (www.UKCAT.ac.uk)
