What is Bitesize Uni?
Bitesize Uni (BSU) is for year 12 / first year college students from PARTNERS schools and colleges. It is completely free to attend as everything is paid for by the University.
Bitesize Uni will provide you with the information that you need in order to:
- make an informed decision about whether or not you want to go to university
- help you choose the subject(s) you want to study
- assist you in your UCAS application
We offer a broad range of subject taster sessions and HE Skills Sessions during BSU and you can choose to attend sessions that best suit you.
When is it?
Tuesday 16 until Friday 19 July 2013.
We're expecting 300 students and have plenty of activities planned for you!
Also, it's a great way to find out first hand what it's like to live in Halls of Residence, (right next to the University campus, in the heart of Newcastle) you can chat and mix with current undergraduate students, and experience the different teaching methods and facilities at University in comparison to school/college.
