I support the operation, planning and maintenance of Information and Technology in the Business School.
• Working in a multi-skilled team within a desktop support environment and dealing with customers on a face to face basis, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a high degree of commitment to customer service.
• Providing technical and desktop support services for Windows, Mac, mobile and other peripherals across all Academic and Service units and managed PC clusters.
• Utilising a broad and practical knowledge of PC hardware, along with sound knowledge of Windows and Mac software and software deployment. Maintaining and troubleshooting computing networks, and managing PCs within a Microsoft domain environment.
• Producing written documentation and providing end user training.
