Background

Introduction

Under the management of the School Manager, Sophie co-ordinates and monitors all HR activity and is the key contact and lead on the administration of recruitment and selection in the School.

This post incorporates a wide range of HR advice and processes and transactional work, including recruitment, contract changes, promotions, visa administration, and absence and terminations.

Previous Positions

Sophie joined the Business School in January 2017 but has a background of working in HR in Higher Education. Before moving to Newcastle, Sophie worked as a HR Adviser at the London School of Economics, and prior to that was a HR Assistant at the School of Oriental and African Studies.
