Knowledge Transfer Secondments (KTS) help ensure the exploitation of the research funded by the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC) at Newcastle University.
It operates on the principle that the best way to transfer knowledge is to transfer people.
KTS funds can be used for inward secondments, supporting a specific research project carried out in the University by someone employed by a user organisation.
