Seminar 25 November 2009: Professor David Holden, FRS

Location: Dental Lecture Theatre F
Time/Date: 25th November 2009, 16:00 - 17:00

The Institute for Cell and Molecular Biosciences will be holding the following seminar:

TITLE: A Fresh Look at the Intracellular Biology of Salmonella

SPEAKER: Professor David Holden, FRS

DATE AND TIME: 25 November 2009 at 4pm

VENUE: Dental Lecture Theatre F

Professor Holden invented signature-tagged mutagenesis, which has been used by many groups worldwide in indentifying genes involved in virulence, among other things.  He has also made many contributions to understanding the host pathogen interaction.
