The TARGETjobs Undergraduate of the Year Awards are now open for entries!

The Awards have been set up to identify and celebrate the UK's best undergraduates in specific areas, like subject of degree (law, engineering, and so on), year group (first years) or other categories (future leaders, women, commercial excellence).

The 12 Award categories are:

• The Future Business Leader of the Year Award
• The Law Undergraduate of the Year Award
• The Management Undergraduate of the Year Award
• The First Year Undergraduate of the Year Award
• The Female Undergraduate of the Year Award
• The Construction Engineering and Design Undergraduate of the Year Award
• The Arts and Humanities Undergraduate of the Year Award
• The Low Carbon Undergraduate of the Year Award
• The Mathematics Undergraduate of the Year Award
• The Engineering Undergraduate of the Year Award
• The Undergraduate of the Year Award for Commercial Excellence
• The IT and Computer Science Undergraduate of the Year Award

Ten students are shortlisted for each category and invited to the Awards event in London in April 2013 where the winners will be announced. Winners' prizes include: internships and all-expenses paid trips to New York, Florida, Brazil, Borneo and continental Europe.

Deadline to enter the Awards: 31st January 2013.
