Claire joined the University in 2001. She has worked as a Careers Information Officer and Assistant Development Officer for enterprise and entrepreneurship before taking up her current role in the summer of 2007.
Claire is primarily responsible for managing a centrally available pre-start incubation environment which includes the Rise Up ‘Elevator' space, funding and the one-to-one advice and support to Newcastle University students and graduates. Claire is also responsible for the Rise Up Interns and Entrepreneurs in Residence.
