Joyce joined the Careers Service in June 2004 having previously worked for the NHS as a medical secretary. Other roles she has previously worked in are reception and customer service.
Joyce provides clerical support to the Curriculum Unit as well as supporting other units within the Careers Service. She is also the administrator for the Student Associate Scheme.
