Background

Karen first joined the Careers Service in 1997 having previously gained experience in graduate recruitment and teaching. She has worked as a Careers Adviser in all three faculties with specific responsibilities for several schools in the Faculty of Science, Agriculture & Engineering. Following a career break, Karen rejoined the team in 2013.

Roles and Responsibilities

Karen is now the link Careers Adviser for PhD students in the faculty of Science, Agriculture & Engineering, and students in the School of Computing Science with responsibility for delivering individual advice and guidance, careers workshops and MBTI training.

Certificate of Education, Bath University 

BSc (Hons) Chemistry, Bath University                                                       

Postgraduate Diploma in Careers Guidance, Northumbria University                                                             

MBTI Practitioner
