Background

Lesley joined the Careers Service in July 2008 as the Placement Officer for the Newcastle Work Experience Scheme. She previously worked in commercial recruitment across the North East for a leading consultancy.

Roles and Responsibilities

Lesley works within the Business Engagement Team with responsibility for the Newcastle Work Experience scheme. She is the first point of contact for employer queries and markets the programme to students and employers alike. Lesley is also involved with the Careers Service International Agenda group.
