Background

Salome joined Newcastle University as Business Start-up Manager in July 2007. Previous to this role Salome commenced her career in 1997 at Tyneside TEC on their graduate recruitment scheme before joining Business Link Tyne and Wear as a project manager where she was responsible for designing and managing the delivery of business support models within the sub-region and wider North East region. Salome has extensive experience in the application for and management of EU funding streams.

Roles and Responsibilities

Salome is a member of the Careers Service Curriculum Unit and is module leader for some of the Career Development Modules. In addition to this Salome is also part of the teaching teams working on enterprise related modules across the university.
