Working in partnership with the University of Bristol we are offering an exciting training scheme aimed at University graduates. Under the scheme, graduates work for Hilton Meats but are given time to study towards a postgraduate qualification in Meat Science at the University of Bristol. The scheme allows graduates to ‘earn while they learn’ and gain valuable experience.
Whilst at Hilton Meats you will undertake our Accelerated Graduate scheme which has been specifically designed to equip you with skills and knowledge of our industry. The modules will focus on all areas of our business and with training from your Line Manager and Coach you will start learning from day one.
To date this scheme has produced outstanding Managers for our business and we are seeking to continue with this success.
Applicants should either hold or be working towards an honours degree (min 2:2) from a UK or European University, ideally in animal, food or veterinary science. Candidates with experience of working in the food industry are also invited to apply. Successful candidates will begin postgraduate study in October 2012.
