LinkedIn (Beginner) – Learning LinkedIn

Date/Time: 5 February 2018, 12:00 - 12:30

Venue: Academic Skills Room, Marjorie Robinson Library Rooms

We are all familiar with Facebook and Twitter as ways to reach out and connect with others, but what about LinkedIn? With 467 million active members worldwide, LinkedIn is a great way to find others and be found. Used well, LinkedIn can be an excellent way to raise your profile and showcase your skills and experience to employers. More and more recruiters are turning to LinkedIn to find the employees of the future. Attend this 30 minute workshop to make sure you're not missing out.

This workshop will be followed by our LinkedIn Lab. Why not stay and put your learning into practice with advice, support and help from our friendly advisers.

We want our services to be accessible to our students and graduates. Please get in touch if you have any specific requirements e.g. an alternative format, communication support, or other adjustment, in order to access our workshop/event.
