Psychometric assessments are increasingly being used by employers as part of the recruitment process, often being included at application stage and/or assessment centres. Psychometric assessments cover numerical, verbal and logical reasoning tests (aptitude tests) as well as personality questionnaires and situational judgement tests.
Come along to this 30 minute workshop to develop an understanding of the range of tests, look at some examples and develop your technique and strategy when completing them.
