Booking Information

Before booking your Food Chain catering please take a few minutes to read through the action checklist below to help ensure that your event runs smoothly:
- Is the room large enough for the numbers attending?
- If the room is for a meeting and the service of food is there enough space / furniture?
- Is there sufficient table space to accommodate the food and beverages? If necessary have you booked additional tables in the room for setting out your refreshments?
- Will staff be able to gain access to deliver the hospitality in good time?
- Do you know if any of your guests have special dietary requirements, eg vegetarian, vegan, gluten free?
