British Science Festival 2013

Newcastle University will host a science spectacular to remember from 7-12 September when one of Europe's largest and longest-running public science events arrives in the city.

Each autumn the British Science Festival transforms a different UK city into a celebration of science, engineering and technology - this year the North East of England will have a unique opportunity to showcase its world-class scientific credentials.
