Overseas Students
The amount of £1,500 per year of full-time study is available to suitably qualified, self-funded, overseas MSc postgraduate students (pro-rata for part-time study). All eligible applicants meeting the terms and conditions will be awarded the scholarship.
Home Students
A scholarship of £1000 per year of full-time study is available to suitably qualified, self-funded, Home/EU MSc postgraduate students (pro-rata for part-time study). Scholarships will be awarded to eligible applicants meeting the terms and conditions.

Up to twelve fully funded industrially collaborative four year studentships (tax free stipend £18,940) are available for each yearly intake.
The EPSRC funded EngD project studentships are available to those that satisfy their eligibility criteria.
Two prestigious Newcastle University funded EngD positions are available to candidates who do not satisfy the criteria but can demonstrate academic excellence.
